Press Credentials are provided for legitimate press purposes and are available for professional photographers and journalists who submit a résumé of their professional qualifications together with two examples of their work in the areas of photography, photojournalism or videography. Amateur applicants' submissions are subject to approval by the APA editorial staff and will be judged according to three criteria: newsworthy relevance, artistic expression and technical merit. Once approved, an APA press pass is provided and a yearly membership fee is required.
